Terms and cancellation policy

Booking

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place at Forge, Attleborough. Payment of £30 secures your appointment. Forge membership is not required.

Health forms

A health and exercise questionnaire must be completed before your appointment. If your forms show that I cannot train you safely, or that medical clearance is needed first, I will contact you and refund your session in full.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. Where I need to cancel, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

Lateness

Sessions start and finish at the booked time. If you arrive late we will use the remaining time available.

Your safety

Please tell me about any change to your health, injuries or medication before a session so your training can be adjusted.
